Health of the body, serenity of the spirit

asanas, or postures, develop force and flexibility. They particularly relieve the evils of the back, contribute to the correct operation of all the bodies, improve digestion and blood circulation. The postures get also a great relaxation. They drive out the stress, tiredness, this creating the conditions for an excellent relieving. The pranayama is art to lengthen and control the breath. It increases vitality, balances the spirit and improves the concentration. According to the philosophy of yoga, the human being is consisted of the body, the spirit and the heart. The heart, always serene, is the eternal share which resides in each man. The asanas and the pranayama, meditation in the action, are two essential disciplines in practice yoga to bring the body and the spirit in contact with the light of the heart and to find peace interior.

Yoga, a fundamental art

Grace, beauty, firmness… The body is released from the tensions by the stretching and the movement. A major and regular breathing becomes possible… Linking his spirit and his body, the practitioner learns how art to observe. It develops its intelligence and all its perceptions. The practice of yoga brings a blooming on all the plans.

A system of supports (bricks, covers, chairs, straps…) can contribute to a better training of the postures. Children, teenagers, old people… yoga can be practiced with all the stages of the life, including at the time of a pregnancy.
